About the LWC Tomahockey

Mandate: To develop First Nations communities through sports, culture & recreation

Message from LWC Tomahockey management:

Tanisi niwakomakanitik.  Welcome to the new website for the 19th Annual LWC Tomahockey. Since we established the event in 2000 in honour of my late father Lawrence Weenie, we have remained steady, grown and evolved. We have added women and midget divs and also a Singles 8 Ball Pool Tourney and a talent show this year. We also have live cabarets at the Gold Eagle Casino at no charge. A huge shout out to BATC CDC and Graham as our major sponsors. Without their support LWC would not be economically feasible. So, enjoy the weekend, patronize the casino & Kihiw restaurant, visit the Graham website. Competitors...play hard, play fair and have fun. Safe travels.
